allows us accept your credit card without retaining your credit card

Returns - Exchanges - Damage
Please inspect your orders immediately upon receipt, or request that your customers do so. Merchandise defects and damages must be reported with in 5 days of delivery. We carefully inspect each item, both personalized and non-personalized, a minimum of 3 times, to ensure that only the absolute best quality goods are shipped.
Defective and damaged products must be returned to Engraved Gifts Direct for inspection. Return items must be packed well. Each item should be in its original box and packaging material. Every return requires a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
A RMA does not guarantee a replacement. It is merely an authorization to return an item for inspection. Please email us at to request an return authorization. If an exchange is granted, Engraved Gifts Direct will pay to ship the replacement, via Ground Delivery only.
Personalized/Engraved items are not returnable. Non-engraved/non-personalized items may be returned with an RMA, and will be assessed a 40% restocking fee.
Unless specifically stated by the manufacturer, gift items are warranted to be functional for their intended purpose at the time of delivery. Every gift item is carefully inspected and graded a minimum of three times during production and packaging. As such we are confident the item is representative of the gift's design and quality goals, and that it is functional for its intended purpose.
If your order is returned to us by the shipper, due to delivery failure. We will contact you to request a new delivery address. You will be charged for re-shipping.
Shippers (UPS, FedEX, and Airborne) charge fees for address
corrections. Something as simple as two digits transposed in a zip
code, will necessitate an address change by the carrier. We
contract with the carrier, on you behalf to successfully deliver your
order. All address correction surcharges, that are not the result of a Engraved Gifts Direct error, will be passed along to you.
Orders of 100 or more pieces to be delivered in less than 10 business days, orders that include a quantity discount, and orders for items not displayed on this web site are considered "Special Orders". Special Orders that have not began production can be cancelled for a fee equivalent to 50% of the merchandise total. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production begins.
Orders that have not yet began processing, can be cancelled at no charge. A cancellation fee $5 will be assessed on all orders that are cancelled after processing has begun. ORDERS CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED PRIOR TO PERSONALIZATION.
